Much is happening this weekend, but I might be most excited about Raven's first appearance with a full band in decades. The hard-living biker is just now getting recognition for an album he recorded back in 1975, and Saturday's WCRS community radio benefit at Ruby Tuesday, 1978 Summit St., marks his first performance with a band in decades. Read all about it in my preview. Details on the rest of the all-day event can be found here.

Saturday is also MadLab's annual benefit concert, Volatility. The theater, located at 105 N. Grant Ave., will host bands including Paper Airplane, Poophouse Reilly and more on indoor and outdoor stages beginning at 4:15 p.m.

Indie hip-hop svengali Peanut Butter Wolf will be at Skully's, 1151 N. High St. tonight. Wes Flexner wrote up a preview of that for this week's issue.

And don't forget the Columbus Crew's exhibition against English Premier League club West Ham United, 5 p.m. Sunday at Crew Stadium. I detailed some of the Crew's past international exploits here.

Have a great weekend!
