Titus Andronicus, a bunch of young ruffians from Glen Rock, New Jersey that play bombastic rock tunes with lots of pop(sic) and circumstance, arrive tonight at Cafe Bourbon Street, 2216 Summit St. My preview makes more than a passing mention of singer Patrick Stickles' more-than-passing similarity to Conor Oberst, but I think this band is good enough to appeal to Bright Eyes haters and fans alike. Mors Ontologica kicks things off around 10:30 p.m. Cover will probably be $5.

On TV, there's the season 5 premiere of Project Runway (9 p.m., Bravo), which features Columbus-based designer Kelli Martin of Black Market. (EW had host Heidi Klum count down 17 of her Runway favorites.)
