Frozen yogurt is the hottest thing going right now in the world of frozen confections.

And Red Mango, which landed this week at 1866 N. High St., across from the Wexner Center for the Arts at Ohio State University, is one of the fastest-growing concepts in North America.

Red Mango, Pinkberry and Yogurtland are leading the way in returning frozen yogurt to its roots. Back before frozen-yogurt purveyors began using ice-cream flavor profiles, the product was tart and tangy -- and low in sugar and fat.
