Try the Beef Burgundy Shepherd's Pie, combining wine-braised short rib with chopped garlic, seared mushrooms, charred tomato sauce and caramelized onions, all topped with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes. Or you can opt for the short ribs in a Short Rib Slider with the mushrooms, onions and charred tomato sauce, plus white cheddar cheese and a creamy horseradish dressing.

Spicier options include an oven-baked Chipotle Chicken Flatbread appetizer, and a Sesame Ginger Chicken Salad.
