Here's the opening track to Heligoland, Massive Attack's massive return to prominence. The dark, minimalist set features a handful of choice trendsetters (TV on the Radio vocalist Tunde Adebimpe here) singing over the cinematic tones and studio vision that made this British production team famous.

It's neither a victory lap through past triumphs, nor a resting on laurels, nor an over-ambitious attempt to make themselves again relevant. They sound very much at home, comfortable even, Heligoland is simply a really good album that makes you wonder why Massive Attack hasn't been releasing quality stuff for the past seven years.
