Vonn Jazz has a new chef and a new menu. Executive Chef Mike Black has created an eclectic menu with Caribbean, Asian and Southern Creole influences for the chic jazz club.
Menu highlights: Mahi Tacos with red cabbage, pineapple, sausage, cilantro and sour cream; Duck Confit Sandwich with aged gouda, black pepper mayonnaise, fig jam and picked red onion; and Arborio Encrusted Tuna, served rare with edamame succotash, baby bok choy and pickled cucumbers.
