I only saw the first two episodes of "The Walking Dead" for my review and while I loved the pilot, the second one left me a little disappointed. Well, there's good news for all you zombie lovers out there like me: AOL TV critic Maureen Ryan says this Sunday's episode is the best one so far.

Ryan says we get a further glimpse into our hero Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and why his character is the one the audience should root for. While some have already shown their worst sides in dealing with the zombie situation, Grimes only seems to become more righteous the worse things get. And, I can't wait to see how he responds when he discovers his wife and best friend have been having an affair. Will he continue to take the moral high ground?

This type of storytelling reassures me that "The Walking Dead" is on the right track because the crux of the series should be about the survivors and their relationships, not just running from and/or killing zombies--even though that stuff is fun.

Also, there's the introduction of a new character played by Norman Reedus ("The Boondock Saints") in the next episode that looks compelling. Check out the sneak peak below.
