In the wake of Andyman's death, interest in Andyman-a-thon has skyrocketed. Understandably, Columbus music fans want to honor the big man by carrying the torch for his charitable pursuits, and tonight's big show at LC Pavilion, 405 Neil Ave., is a great way to chip in.

It's hard to imagine a lineup that better reflects Andyman's tastes than tonight's six-band bill. Earwig, Watershed and X-Rated Cowboys have been CD101 staples for a long time. Willie Phoenix played The Treehouse regularly back when it was Andyman's Treehouse. Plus it's a rare occasion: The original Howlin' Maggie lineup hasn't played since the mid-90s; nor has The Toll. It adds up to a huge night for local music, well worth the $20 cover that goes directly to Andyman's family CD101 for the Kids. Doors open at 6 p.m.
