New joint will combine vibes of American tavern, European coffee shop

Vegan restaurant Dragonfly Neo-V, 247 King Ave., will close Jan. 1. Later that month, at the same location, chef Magdiale Wolmark and partner Cristin Austin will open a new bar called Till. An adjacent bakery named Glaze will open in spring.

"After evolving with Dragonfly for more than a decade, it felt like time to offer different food and drink ideas for the Columbus community," Wolmark said. "Dragonfly was unique in its approach and expression, but many people who dined here wanted something more casual, affordable, and fun."

Till will serve vegetarian and vegan dishes made from in-house, local, organic and ingredients - but it won't be exclusively vegetarian, the release noted. It will feature moderately priced dishes, strong drinks, themed happy hours, and a late night menu. For more info, click here.
