A$AP Rocky

Another week, another wave of huge Columbus concert announcements.

A$AP Rocky is bringing the whole A$AP Mob to the Newport on Oct. 6 (up against Ohio State's home football game against Nebraska, so campus will be madness). Also along for the LongLiveA$AP Tour will be Danny Brown and Schoolboy Q, both of whom went hard at Pitchfork Music Festival. Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. for $25.

Classic rock dinosaurs The Who will play their album "Quadrophenia" in full Feb. 17 at the Schottenstein Center. Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. for $36.50-$126.50.

Crystal Castles bring their dark-and-strobey dance-punk show back to the Newport on Oct. 10 for the price of $27 advance, $30 day of. Tickets for this also go on sale Friday at 10 a.m.

EDM thumper Bassnectar returns to LC Pavilion on Oct. 3. Tickets for this one go on sale — you guessed it — at 10 a.m. Friday. Price: $32 advance, $34 day of.

One more notable show going on sale at 10 a.m. Friday: Indie-rock lifers Nada Surf play The Basement on Dec. 9.

Lucero and The Heavy will co-headline The Bluestone for an invite-only event hosted by CD102.5 on Aug. 24. The station will be the exclusive ticket source for this show, so you'll have to listen if you want to win tickets.

Also, some updates on previously reported concerts: The Sept. 12 Odd Future show is indeed at Newport Music Hall with tickets on sale now for $25; and tickets are on sale for Yelawolf's Oct. 26 gig at Skully's.
