Chris DeVille is on site for a weekend with Feist, Vampire Weekend, Godspeed You! Black Emperor and a slew of rising underground stars.

I'm here in Chicago once again to cover Pitchfork Music Festival, the annual showcase of rising underground talent curated by tastemaking music site Pitchfork. Feist, Vampire Weekend and Godspeed You! Black Emperor headline a full slate of buzzworthy bands (Cloud Nothings, Beach House, Japandroids), rappers (A$AP Rocky, Kendrick Lamar, Danny Brown), electronic wiz kids (Oneohtrix Point Never, Grimes, Flying Lotus) and more.

Action begins today at 4 p.m. (3 p.m. central) and continues through Sunday night. Look for up-to-the-minute tweets @chrisdeville and daily recaps and photos here at the Sensory Overload blog.Pitchfork is also streaming the festival here. The full lineup is here.

Look for my Friday recap around midday Saturday. See you guys on Twitter!
