The Royal Shakespeare Company is coming back for its third production for school-age audiences
Lucky us - the Royal Shakespeare Company is coming back for its third production for school-age audiences (though adults are also welcome)! Their highly kid-friendly version of The Taming of the Shrew will be performed at The Ohio State University's Bowen Theatre (inside the Drake Center) April 4-11. The suggested audience age range is 8-13.
It's part of their First Encounter Series. Previously the world-famous company has brought over shortened versions of Hamlet and King Lear. Here's a short video produced by the RSC explaining this production.
Tickets start at $5 for children in kindergarten through Grade 12 and cost $15 for the general public and $10 for Ohio State faculty, staff, students, Alumni Association members and senior citizens. Call 614-292-2295 or email email@example.com for more information.
