Celebrate a neighborhood whose restaurant scene has grown by leaps and bounds

Get a taste of what makes Clintonville such a special neighborhood during the first ever Taste of Clintonville! The dining event will celebrate a neighborhood whose restaurant scene has grown by leaps and bounds over the past year.

Taste of Clintonville 2014 will be held Monday, March 31, at Mozart's, 4784 N. High St. in Clintonville. The event will run from 5-8 p.m. Tickets are $25 per adult and $10 for children 12 and under, and include tastings and drink tickets.

Hosting the event is Experience Clintonville, a nonprofit group dedicated to celebrating and sharing the things that make Clintonville a great place to live. Proceeds from Taste will benefit the programs of Experience Clintonville.

Taste of Clintonville will celebrate the neighborhood's culinary scene, with participating restaurants sharing samples of their signature dishes.

Nearly 20 of the neighborhood's best independent restaurants and groceries will participate, including: Aladdin's Eatery, Angry Bear Kitchen, Cakes & More, The Coop food truck, The Crest Gastropub, Crimson Cup, Dante's Pizza, Global Gallery, India-Oak Bar and Grill, Lavash Cafe, Lucky's Market, Mozart's, Nancy's Home Cooking, O'Reilly's Pub, Pattycake Bakery, Portia's Cafe, Weiland's Market, Wildflower Cafe and The Wine Bistro.
