The former Dead Kennedys frontman is bringing his new band Jello Biafra and the Guantanamo School of Medicine to offbeat Victorian Village bar The Shrunken Head this coming Tuesday, Sept. 4. According to The Shrunken Head's website, doors open at 8:30 p.m., music starts at 9:30 and openers include Barb Wire Dolls and Little Orphan Anarchy.
