Also coming to Columbus: Local Natives, Sloan, Reptar and more, plus Newport shows for roeVy and Josh Krajcik.
Brace yourself for the whitest upcoming concerts list in human history (that guy to the right of the photo notwithstanding).
Maroon 5's self-aware Overexposed Tour is coming to the Schottenstein Center on Feb. 13. Neon Trees and Owl City round out the perfectly obnoxious lineup. Fan club presale begins Monday at 6 p.m., with the official on-sale this Saturday at 10 a.m. Tickets cost $29.50 to $79.50. Yeah dog.
Local Natives will be performing their freshly awarded Jam of the Week "Breakers" and more March 26 at the Newport. No ticket info just yet.
Also on tap at the Newport: Keane with Youngblood Hawke on Jan. 26. Tickets are on sale now for $26.50 advance, $28 day of show.
And I don't believe we ever mentioned The Vaccines (Feb. 5) or Walk the Moon (Feb. 7), both of whom will also be at the Newport for the price of $15 advance, $17 day of show.
Reptar will repise its CD102.5 Summerfest appearance with a $5 Low Dough Show Nov. 12 at A&R Music Bar.
Also at A&R: Sloan will perform its album Twice Removed in its entirety Nov. 7.
Lastly, a pair of major local talents are returning to the Newport: roeVy will play there Dec. 1, followed by Josh Krajcik and The Wet Darlings Dec. 4.
