A number of concerts have been announced in recent weeks, so let’s get right to it.

Pop singer Katy Perry brings her “Prismatic” tour to Nationwide Arena on August 13, but the real draw might be opener Kasey Musgraves, who dropped one of the best albums of 2013 with Same Trailer, Different Park. Tickets, which are priced from $29.50-$103.50 (plus applicable fees), go on sale at 10 a.m. on Monday, January 27 at ticketmaster.com.

Fast-rising English rock band Bastille, which is scheduled to appear on Saturday Night Live this weekend, has a fan base that is multiplying like a Mogwai dunked in water. The group’s May 27 concert, which was initially scheduled for the Newport, has now been moved outdoors at the LC. Tickets are $20 in advance/$25 at the door, and can be purchased at ticketmaster.com. Tickets already purchased for the Newport will be honored.

The 1975’s May 5 concert was also moved from the Newport to the LC. Tickets are $20 in advance/$22 at the door, and can be purchased at ticketmaster.com. Tickets already purchased for the Newport will be honored.

Veteran guitarist Johnny Winter visits the Newport for a Valentine’s Day show on February 14, and nothing screams romance like searing blues-guitar licks. Tickets are $22.50 in advance/$25 at the door, and can be purchased at ticketmaster.com.

Local dry cleaners should load up on the various detergents needed to rinse Faygo soda from clothing before the Insane Clown Posse hits the Newport on February 17. Tickets are $22.50 in advance/$25 at the door, and can be purchased at ticketmaster.com.

Other recently announced shows include Bombay Bicycle Club at the Newport on May 1 ($20 in advance/$22 at the door), Corey Smith at the Newport on April 12 ($14.99 in advance/$20 at the door), Badfish: A Tribute to Sublime on April 18 at the Newport ($15 in advance/$20 at the door), The Devil Wears Prada at the Newport on April 2 ($19.99 in advance/$23 at the door), The Neighborhood at the Newport on March 18 ($22.50 in advance/$25 at the door) and Reel Big Fish at the Newport on March 21 ($17 in advance/$20 at the door). Tickets for all these shows can be purchased at ticketmaster.com.
