Ramen done right is an art form. No, not the Styrofoam cup of noodles that sustained you through college, REAL ramen.

Owner of Columbus-based Mashita Noodles ramen cart, John Franke, has teamed up with Jobu Ramen founder Michael Kopfman to open a Grandview location at 1439 Grandview Ave. in mid-May. But, if you don't want to wait until May for noodle-induced bliss, you're in luck.

This Saturday, Jobu Ramen will preview menu items at Double Happiness (482 S. Front. St.) this Friday and Saturday.

Patrons can enjoy three different broths with meat and veggie options, house made kimchi, BBQ kimchi burritos, five spice Kara-age wings, and a special spicy ramen noodles at the Brewery District destination from 5 p.m.-12 a.m.

Your stomach will thank you!
