If you wanna feel good on a sun starved day, eat this. It's actually half of a generous portion of Rigsby's off-the-menu special Italian meatloaf ($22--I frequently split dishes with willing accomplices to taste lots of new/different things while also saving $ and belt inches). The lovable loaf was served on a pool of delicate, herby tomato sauce and topped with shaved fontina cheese. The light veggie yang to the lusciously meaty yin--whipped parmesan potatoes--were a natural match and an excellent vehicle for sauce sopping up. Add a side of terrific brussels sprouts roasted with pancetta ($5) and it's a fantastic meal for two for less than $30.
