DiPasquale's is a terrific, stocked-to the-gills Italian grocery store that also makes flavor-flaunting, restaurant-quality food either to go or to eat in its teeny, bare-bones table-n-chairs set-up. Here's a little pictorial tour:

Loved the broccoli rabe and the refreshing, revivifying and really satisfying daily salad special. The latter was a radicchio-rich and avocado-ball-studded melange that worked surprisingly well (will have to try that unlikely combo at home sometime).

Pizzas--showing off made-nearby sausage, popping-out roasted veggies, a sassy tomato sauce and delicate, flaky crusts--were especially good.

Hard to beat a place with good food and a sense of humor (Brioschi is an Italian antacid)

Peabody Court Hotel is where my good friend set me up with this sweet suite. Below is view 1 of my "living room"...

In living room view 2, take note of the orange poodle standing on the table

Now look at the sudsy mess that crazy orange poodle made in my whirlpool tub!
