With the closing of the long-standing Hilliard branch, the new Salvi's Bistro in Dublin is currently the only place to get your deep-fried-pasta brick fix, also lovingly known as "PastaSalvi."
It's also a helluva lot better than all of those craptastic and thoroughly boring fake Italian corporate chains
