Food service is just around the corner (I've heard it'll begin next Thursday) for The Jury Room, but the newest Liz Lessner venture (with by far her most ambitious menu) is up and pouring some snazzy cocktails. As befits the smartly rehabbed, oldest continuously running gin mill in town, most of the quaffs here are real-deal classics.

I haven't tried them all yet, but so far I can attest to the grown-up great taste and sneaky potency of the Absinthe-kissed, rye whiskey-armed Sazerac. Good stuff!
