Maybe the change of scenery is agreeing with QB Chad Pennington. No TDs, but he threw for 226 yards and no pick. He let Ronnie Brown punch it into the end zone four times (!) - and Brown threw one in for good measure. These two guys are notoriously streaky, but taking it to the Pats was real confidence-booster.

QB Jay Cutler may be the real deal after all. Drew Brees still is, of course. Frank Gore is finally living up to expectations, running for 130 yards (with a touch) and grabbing a few out of the air for 32. Pittsburgh's offense continues to struggle.

Who cares if the Cowboys get lots of penalties? They get you fantasy points, and that's all we care about. Turnovers are a concern, though, since you get points subtracted in most fantasy leagues.

Who to Start

Be wary of any Saints WRs, as Brees hasn't met a receiver he doesn't like. You've gotta like all Broncos against the Chiefs, and all Chargers at Oakland.

If you believe in QB J.T. O'Sullivan, here's a chance to prove it as the 49ers head into New Orleans. Should be a high-scoring affair.

QB Carson Palmer looked better against the Giants, and now he has the Browns to help cure his ills. RB Matt Forte gets a real test against the Eagles, but he has emerged as a must-start. Brett Favre rolls on - despite a loss in San Diego, he's still putting up decent numbers.

Waiver Wire Watch

The aforementioned Pennington is probably available in your league, but you'll have to wait until week 6 to use him. The Texans may have found a healthy option at RB in Steve Slaton, and you just may have, too.

WR Miles Austin looked good Sunday night, but is he the new No. 2 in Dallas? Not likely, but if you have a spot, and/or a bunch of stiffs at receiver, grab him. QB Brian Griese, anyone? Again, if you have real stiff at QB, Bob's kid is not a bad option.
