This Saturday, May 16, from 7 until 10 p.m., the Market is hosting its 13th-annual Apron Gala.
Always one of the best parties of the year and attended by our city's hottest foodies, movers and shakers, the Apron Gala avails visitors to partake of their fill of wine, Columbus Brewing Company microbrews and a slew of great food made out of the best produce and groceries the city has to offer.

Hills Market Salmon Roast
Ever wonder what 1,000 pounds of salmon looks like? Well you can find out Memorial Day weekend at the Hills Market.
On Saturday, May 23, from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. the Hills Market is marking the 15th anniversary of its salmon roast by hosting a party in its parking lot. There, our local music community will help in the grilling and carving up of the noble pink fish into delicious sandwiches made with the Hills Own Onion Slather and sided with the Hills Own Cole Slaw.
The very reasonable tab of $7.50 will benefit the Columbus Music Co-op, a do-gooder group that aids Franklin County musicians experiencing health-related financial hardships.
Not into fish? Well, there will also be Boar's Head hot dogs, chips, beer, wine, soft drinks and desserts, like free Velvet Ice Cream sundaes topped with Sweet Louise sauces.
