Legend has it (and sandwiches like these often come with legends) a tiny little girl named Toni asked Creole Kitchen to construct this fry-tastic reworked muffuletta for her one day. It's claimed Toni still eats it (all of it!) and is still tiny. Maybe that's why it's a legend.

Barely contained in two large Styrofoam boxes are: thick slices of Italian bread given the Texas-toast treatment; mammoth pieces of beautifully fried (boneless) chicken breast; crunchy golden-brown nuggets of spicy fried crawfish; butterflied, crackly, battered fried shrimp; and an entree-sized nice Italian salad with a vinegary dressing. All of the frying is done expertly, and for some reason (blame Toni!) it comes with a big side of great, homemade Cajun-spiced potato chips.
