"I follow the Marilyn Monroe principal - once you put everything on, take one thing off."

Job: on staff at Mad4Mod Vintage

Label your style: "Girly magpie"

How do you other people label your style?

If you ask my family, it's "weird." If you ask my friends, it's "awesome." People call it "artistic." I really just call it "Theresa."

What do you like to wear?

Anything that looks like it has some personality to it. I like to look like a girl. I gravitate toward the '70s things when I'm feeling lazy. When I feel like I want to look gorgeous, I go toward the '40s or '50s styling because it looks better on me. I always imagine that I'm an old-school pinup girl.

Tell me more about your vintage collection.

I'm rather protective of everything I own. I have things I'll only wear to very special occasions, because I'm so afraid. And I keep where I got some things secret so no one else goes shopping there.

Where do you get inspiration?

I either go for Marilyn Monroe in How to Marry a Millionaire or Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, but I also like a lot of Audrey Hepburn movies with the little skinny pants.

Are you into accessories?

I like rings. But I'm not going to lie, I wake up about 10 minutes before I have to leave, so accessories don't happen very often. I have a lot, though. I follow the Marilyn Monroe principal - once you put everything on, take one thing off. Normally, with her, it was her panties, but with me, it's usually accessories.
