How did you get into fashion?
I've been into fashion since I was a little girl. I remember in elementary, my teachers used to pull me out of class just to see what I had on for the day. And I won "best dressed" in elementary, middle school, high school.
Do you have a fashion philosophy?
My motto is, It's not who you wear, it's what you wear. I'm a big bargain shopper; however, I believe in investment pieces. A Louis Vuitton bag, a winter jacket - you'll have those forever.
Where do you shop most?
Anywhere. If it's something I like, I'll get it. I'm a big online shopper. And Forever 21 has real good, inexpensive accessories.
What are you into right now?
Jeans. Any cut, any type. I wear them with boots, flats, heels. You can dress up a jeans outfit - it can be business-casual, it can be just casual, it can even be business. It's all in the way you accessorize it.
What have you done as a stylist so far?
I've done music videos, photo shoots for models, personal shopping, personal styling. I really want to work with celebrities. That's my ultimate goal.
So do you want to move out of Columbus?
No. I want Columbus to be my stomping ground, where I live, but I'm willing to travel.
