For the first time, Columbus will host the regional Miss Gay Mid-Atlantic America. The final stage of elimination before contestants compete for the coveted title of Miss Gay America, the event this Sunday at Axis features female illusionists from around the country judged in the categories of talent, male interview, on-stage question and evening gown. Last-minute arrangements are still being finalized, but confirmed special guests include Miss D. Meaner (Miss Gay Mid-Atlantic America 2008), Victoria Depaula (Miss Gay America 2009) and Symphony Alexander Love (Miss Gay Ohio 2009).
