Assorted muscle-ly men are among the various attractions during this week's Arnold Sports Festival, but if you want to catch a different sort of manly strength, stop by the Arena Grand Theatre for the premiere of Zachary Levy's "Strongman."

Assorted muscle-ly men are among the various attractions during this week's Arnold Sports Festival, but if you want to catch a different sort of manly strength, stop by the Arena Grand Theatre for the premiere of Zachary Levy's "Strongman."

The Slamdance Film Festival Grand Jury Prize winner and an audience favorite at the 2009 SXSW film fest, "Strongman" provides an in-depth look into the life of Stanley "Stanless Steel" Pleskun. Known for superhuman feats ranging from bending U.S. pennies with his bare hands to leg-pressing 10,000-pound dump trucks, we learn that Pleskun's personal life presents him with his most challenging struggles.

Levy's intimate, cinema-verite style brings a refreshingly warm (and non-exploitative) touch to the man that is Steel. "Strongman" screenings will run throughout the weekend, and Levy will be on hand for questions and answers following every show beginning with the 7:15 Friday show.
