Comedy duo The Cody Rivers Show will kick off MadLab's Kill 'Em With Kindness Comedy Festival, running through April 17. More than mere sketch comedy, Cody Rivers combines humor with physical theater, dance and music for an experience that's ... well, energetic. Their newest piece, "Right Back Where We Finished," promises "pioneer-era linguistics, ants and prairie dogs, eccentric old men, baby jockeys, ping-pong and oh so much more." This will be the final show presented at MadLab's Grant Avenue space before the group moves to a new theater. Future Kill 'Em With Kindness performances - the Fake Bacon/Shimmy Shake Project, Comedy'splosion, See You Thursday, The Regime and FFN's Wheel of Improv - will take place at the new N. Third Street space.
