Peanut butter and jelly, Goose and Maverick, Sgt. Getraer and Ponch Poncherello - all great combos. The Jazz Arts Group's "Great American Songbook" series concludes this weekend with another great pairing. For the first time, the Columbus Jazz Orchestra and the Columbus Gay Men's Chorus (pictured) will collaborate for a not-to-be-missed performance. These two Columbus treasures will share the stage under the guidance of Byron Stripling, artistic director for the CJO, and David Monsuer, who heads the chorus. The glitz and glamour of Vegas + the bopping sounds of jazz = one harmonious union.
