Bret Michaels probably thought he'd already experienced his greatest resurrection when he rose from washed-up hair-metal afterthought back to pop-cultural prominence through the power of reality TV. But Michaels came back from the brink in a much more literal sense last month when he survived a brain hemorrhage. He also suffered a "warning stroke" last week and will undergo surgery in the fall for a hole in his heart - the makings of a fine power ballad, no doubt.

Despite the lingering health concerns, he plans to follow through on a tour that includes headlining 105.7 FM's Brew Blast.
