As festival season comes to a close, Hot Times is the perfect way to cap the summer with three days of good music, art, poetry and a street fair.

Why you should go:

As festival season comes to a close, Hot Times is the perfect way to cap the summer with three days of good music, art, poetry and a street fair.

What to eat & drink:

There's tons of options to choose from if you're hungry - ribs, turkey legs, egg rolls, fried fish and pizza from Late Night Slice. Vegans need not worry, though, because Rad Dog will be serving up their famous veggie dogs.

You can wash it all down with your choice of libations. Labatt's and Smirnoff Ice will be on hand, and so will red and white wines and even champagne.

Entertainment:

There'll be plenty of bands to check out over the three days. Be sure to see Megan Palmer on the Parsons stage at 7:15 p.m. Friday and Mojoflo on the Main Street stage at 4 p.m. Sunday. The Flex Crew closes things out Saturday night on the Main Street stage with their brand of hip-hop and reggae. Should be a lively show.

Don't miss:

Art cars! You know you've seen them on the road and wondered, what exactly is that? Hot Times offers one chance to take a closer look at the intricate decorations on these unique creations.
