1 oz. Ketel One Citroen

.5 oz. St. Germain liqueur

Juice from half a lemon

Tonic water

Put a lemon slice and two sugar packets in pint glass. Brulee lemon in the pint glass by spraying with an equal mixture of Bacardi 151 and St. Germain and then setting on fire using an open flame. Be careful!

Muddle bruleed lemon and sugar, then combine with vodka, St. Germain and lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, then transfer into a pilsner glass with ice and fill with tonic.
