Justin Townes Earle got arrested, checked into rehab and postponed his tour just days before his last scheduled appearance at Rumba. Since then, the second-gen troubadour has opened for The Decemberists at the LC and appeared on a massive festival stage down the road in Nelsonville, but fans haven't had another chance to see him perform in such close confines.
