Want an inspirational story and some killer climbing tips? Head to Kinetic, a private climbing gym in Olde North Columbus, for a clinic and presentation by Nick Duttle. The American climber has mastered some of the world’s hardest bouldering problems and lead routes despite overwhelming physical setbacks. He’s legally blind and suffers from hypohidrotic ectodermal dysplasia, a condition that causes his sweat glands and tear ducts to malfunction.

After ripping through some routes, he’ll discuss the technique and training needed to reach the next level. The clinic costs $35 for members and $40 for non-members. Reserve your spot by emailing kineticcolumbus@gmail.com.
