Who needs Viacom to host workshops and loan instruments in the name of kids learning how to play music? After a period of fundraising, the non-profit has started to put instruments in students' hands. To keep up the momentum, Friday's benefit bash features O.A.R. saxophonist Jerry DePizzo, Marty Dodson of Saving Jane and Crumpton's self-described "'90s rap jam band" The Winnie Cooper Project (pictured).
