1 1/2 oz. Watershed gin
1/4 oz. green Chartreuse
Fruit & Mixers:
1 oz. buckwheat honey syrup (1/2ounce buckwheat honey and ½ ounce water, warmed together until uniform)
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
Muddle four mint leaves, and combine with liquors and mixers in shaker. Shake vigorously and double strain. Pour into a rocks glass. Smash mint leaves and float to garnish.
