Bar food doesn’t have to mean boring food. Sidle up to the counter at Betty’s and discover, alongside well-done standards like nachos and spinach & artichoke dip, a slew of unexpected delights to pair with your PBR. The appetizer menu boasts everything from crab cakes to potato pancakes to plantains. The simple (potato chips smothered in cheese) coexists with the sublime (three types of quesadillas: classic, corn salsa and pumpkin). We haven’t even cracked into the sandwich menu yet, and we’re already reaching for our keys.
