Things We Love: Savory biscotti at Basi Italia

Much as I enjoy the food and atmosphere at Basi, I reserve a special saucer-eyed greed for the savory biscotti that land in colorful little buckets at each table. Hovering in a happy space between crumbly and moist, these are the salty, cheesy cookies I must never learn to make for myself.
