North Market Food & Ohio Wine Festival

If you’re not able to make it out to a Martha’s Vineyard anytime soon, get your wine fix at the North Market Food & Ohio Wine Festival. There will be a special preview party on Friday evening with live music, and wineries from all over Ohio will be offering tastes of their finest for $1 to $4. You can also purchase wine by the glass, bottle and case. Festival admission (which includes a souvenir glass) is $5, and tickets for Friday night are $20.
Franklin County Fair
July 14-July 21

From a demolition derby to a dog show, the Franklin County Fair won’t disappoint. Live music will be playing every day, and there are plenty of rides to conquer and 4-H contests to watch. There also will be circus performances daily as well as a petting zoo and live music. Admission is $5 from July 14 through July 19, and $6 on July 20 and 21.
Westerville Music and Arts Festival
11 a.m.-9 p.m. Saturday, July 14; 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday, July 15

More than 130 artists from around the country will gather to show off their best work at the Westerville Music and Arts Festival, which costs $1 to attend. There will be live country, bluegrass, Celtic, classical, jazz and guitar music. Also featured will be youth exhibits, a silent auction and children’s craft activities.
