Our friends at Crave magazine are pairing more than 30 Columbus-area restaurants with local meat, dairy and produce farmers for special menus that will be available only Aug. 10-19.
We’ve chosen especially delicious-sounding menu items from five of the restaurants participating in Farm to Plate Week; each menu contains at least 70 percent local products. You might be pleasantly surprised at some of the names you see supporting local farmers.
Farm to Plate Week happens in conjunction with Local Matters’ fourth annual Local Foods Week. Visit the Sensory Overload blog for more details on Local Foods Week.
