A faux fur vest
Wear it by day: Add some subtle glamour to your work outfit by wearing the furry number over a white collared button-down shirt with a black leather paneled skirt. Try applying a skinny belt over the waist of the vest, too, for a more cinched, curve hugging look. Afraid of all that fur? Take the first step with a knit vest with fur details.
Wear it by night: Try it over a long-sleeved turtleneck (Walsh recommended a white one) with a pair of skinny jeans (Walsh would go with burgundy).
A sheer blouse
Wear it by day: To get this style fall appropriate, try a long, sheer blouse in reptile or animal print and tuck it loosely into a pencil skirt, Walsh suggested.
Wear it by night: A sheer top in a neutral tone — we love the blush and tan ones we’ve been seeing around — with a pair of ivory pants will garner “the monochromatic neutrals look that is so on-trend for the season,” Walsh said.
Wear them by day: With textured tights and a sweater dress.
Wear them by night: With skinny black pants or leggings tucked into them, paired with a print blouse and form-fitting blazer. “One with leather trim would be ideal,” Walsh suggested for a blazer.
