Jeans: Drop Crotch style by G-Star. "I own about 20 pairs of jeans. … G-Star is my favorite label. I fell in love with it when I was teaching in Japan. When Brigade [in the Short North] opened, they had a billboard that said it was going to sell G-Star. I wrecked my bike looking at the billboard."

Tattoo: By Scott Santee at Memento Tattoo. Chamberlin, his brother and their dad got these matching tattoos on Labor Day weekend. The fouled anchor represents his father's time as a senior chief petty officer in the Navy, and the swallows, one for each son, represent sailor lore that says birds bring seamen's souls home to their families if they die at sea.
