“Correct behavior” seems like exactly the sort of thing John Hughes protagonists would rage against, and Correct Behavior sounds like the music that would soundtrack such Reagan-era coming-of-age tales. Virginia trio Eternal Summers is especially adept at that sort of thing — aerobic, melancholic collisions of gleaming guitars and surging synths.
They come through Columbus frequently, but if there is any justice they won’t be playing rooms as small as Double Happiness for long. Local garage rock powers Dead Girlfriends and Cliffs round out an enticing bill.
