Sister act Miranda Boyle and Sara Guice brought their high-end women’s clothing boutique Thread to up-and-coming downtown Grandview early last year.
Readers love the store’s boho-chic décor and its trend-conscious designers unique to Columbus — Equipment, Rebecca Minkoff, Maison Scotch, Hudson and Collette by Collette Dinnigan, to name a few.
As the boutique’s reputation as a must-shop grew, so did its merchandise. Thread also sells jewelry, beauty items, shoes and home décor.
Complementing the clothing, of course, is the boutique’s best accessory: its warm customer service.
In the best women’s fashion boutique category, Thread on Grandview just barely bested Rowe for the title of top women’s fashion boutique in this year’s Best Of poll.
Readers really dig Thread’s Euro-chic influence of trendy designers, accessible price points (well, as far as high-end fashion boutiques go), and friendly but fashion-forward staff.
Thread is also home to covetable baubles (hello, Pluma gem stone cocktail rings and Katie Waltman necklaces) and luxurious beauty brands (bonjour, Lollia).
Thread has single-handedly made Grandview a shopping destination for Columbus fashionistas.
We assume that single hand is immaculately gloved.
