Why drop the money to see one movie when you can spend the same amount and see a slew of 'em?

This touring event features eight short films screened during the 2013 Sundance Film Festival, including “Until the Quiet Comes,” director Kahlil Joseph’s dreamlike view of life in Los Angeles’ Nickerson Gardens housing project, and “Skinningrove,” director Michael Almereyda’s look at the work a photographer produced while living among the residents of a remote English fishing village.
“Until the Quiet Comes” could be of particular interest to music fans, since the four-minute clip features three songs from the Flying Lotus album of the same name.
Also included in the series are “Irish Folk Furniture,” “The Date,” “Whiplash,” “The Event,” “Jonah,” and “K.I.T.,” which sadly is not about the similarly named “Knight Rider” vehicle.
