Name: CJ Shaver

Age: 23

Hometown: Westerville

Neighborhood: Westerville

Day job: Co-owner of and craftsman for Columbus Barrel Co. (columbusbarrelco.com)

Style icons: Bruce Springsteen, Tim Allen

Describe your style: "Rugged, functional, local, outdoorsy"

Shop Goggles: “I’m always out and about with them around my neck. I used to wear a vintage pair from the 1950s that were my grandfather's... But then I got some metal in my eye and now I don't mess around.”

Belt: From a vendor in San Francisco. "She runs a horse rescue in Wyoming and her belt sales go to help run the ranch. I love this belt. It used to have a cast iron fish as the belt buckle but we started making our own buckles out of the bourbon barrels so I replaced it with one that had our logo on it."

Flannel: From Bass Pro Shop. "They were two for $11. I stocked up."

Jeans: Levi's 514. "I go through about a pair a year."

T-shirt: By Traxler Tees. "Traxler is the best because of its prices and customer service. ... My brother and I started Columbus Barrel Co. in February. We make custom furniture and products out of old bourbon barrels. It's really taken off."

Flip flops: "I wear these in the shop. They're comfortable and easy."

Key chain: "I fish professionally. I would love to do it all the time, but it's so hard to get into financially. I recently placed third at the Lake Erie Bass Master competition, and I consider myself an amateur, really, so to fish against these real professionals was awesome."

Name tag: By Columbus Barrel Co. Engraved by Ohio Engraving Company.

Cup cozy: By Freaker USA. "I saw it on ‘Shark Tank’ and had to get it. The owner was so weird and everything Freaker is made in America."

Pencil: From Scioto Kitchen Sales, his dad's former company. "My brother and I are third-generation woodworkers. I'd rather build something than buy it.”
