Elizabeth Fergus-Jean works in several mediums, and her latest exhibit is an example of some of her most interesting work, an installation of a number of different boat sculptures.

Branching out of her “Memory Boats” project, Fergus-Jean is expressing our complex relationship with nature and her personal reverence for its power through her personal memories with the natural world.

Some boat sculptures are created to represent elements found in nature, while others have a more abstract connection.
