The Dayton crew's music, like the well-worn bedding that inspired its name, tends to be a bit grungy and tattered. Songs like "Valentimes" and "Runnin' for Nothin'" are built on scruffy, unshaven guitar, slapdash drums and slurred, Saturday-night-on-the-town vocals, and are driven by an inherent sense of momentum.

The band performs here in advance of the forthcoming retrospective These Are the Days Gone By, and is currently in the midst of writing and recording its Misra Records debut.

WV White and Dreadful Yawns also perform.
