DELAWARE, Ohio — A Lewis Center man will serve 13 years in prison after pleading guilty to kidnapping and assaulting a 20-year-old man.
Delaware County Common Pleas Judge Duncan Whitney yesterday sentenced Harry Fox, 60, to serve the time as part of a plea agreement with prosecutors. The deal requires him to testify against his nephew and co-defendant, Larry Fox.
Harry Fox pleaded guilty to one count each of kidnapping and assault in December; he had faced three counts of kidnapping, one count of abduction and one count of complicity to commit rape. The rest of the charges were dropped as part of Harry Fox’s agreement with prosecutors.
Both Foxes had been accused of kidnapping the man and forcing him to perform sex acts on Larry Fox on Oct. 16 at Larry Fox’s home in the Worthington Arms mobile-home park.
The man knew the Foxes, Delaware County investigators have said. The Dispatch typically does not name victims of sexual assault.
